What You'll Do
As a Cross-Functional Airport Agent, you will rotate between Customer Service and Ramp Operations based on business needs.
Ramp Operations Responsibilities
- Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail
- Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure
- Operate motorized ground service equipment
- Service aircraft
- Calculate baggage and cargo weights
- Work safely around aircraft in all weather conditions
- Support on-time departures and arrivals
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the ticket counter and gate
- Check passengers in for their flights
- Make boarding and flight announcements
- Assist customers with special needs
- Process ticket sales and itinerary changes
- Assign seats and resolve travel issues
- Trace and assist with delayed or mishandled baggage
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel experience

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Successful completion of required training
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous airline experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
Work Environment
- Airport terminal and ramp environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and frequent movement throughout the shift
- Regular lifting of up to 70 pounds
- Assisting customers with mobility needs
