What You'll Do

As a Cross-Functional Airport Agent, you will rotate between Customer Service and Ramp Operations based on business needs.

Ramp Operations Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail
• Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure
• Operate motorized ground service equipment
• Service aircraft
• Calculate baggage and cargo weights
• Work safely around aircraft in all weather conditions
• Support on-time departures and arrivals

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the ticket counter and gate
• Check passengers in for their flights
• Make boarding and flight announcements
• Assist customers with special needs
• Process ticket sales and itinerary changes
• Assign seats and resolve travel issues
• Trace and assist with delayed or mishandled baggage
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel experience

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Successful completion of required training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airline experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Basic computer skills

Work Environment

• Airport terminal and ramp environment
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and frequent movement throughout the shift
• Regular lifting of up to 70 pounds
• Assisting customers with mobility needs
