William Perotti and Sons is lookin for an experienced plumbing professional who’s ready to step into a high-impact leadership role within our service department. This position is ideal for someone with 10+ years in the plumbing trade who has also handled dispatching, quoting, customer relations, and team leadership—someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, customers happy, and technicians supported.

This is not an entry-level role. We want a seasoned expert who understands the field inside and out and can help elevate daily operations.

Daily Expectations:

• Oversee day-to-day service operations and scheduling
• Support and guide field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
• Prepare and review service estimates and job proposals
• Act as a key contact for customers, handling escalations when needed
• Coordinate with office staff and ownership on workflow and priorities
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure safety standards, code compliance, and company procedures are followed
• Help refine systems for dispatching, quoting, and job close-ouT

Experience required:

• 10+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Prior experience in a leadership, senior technician, service coordinator, or estimating role
• Strong quoting and job-costing skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Comfortable using service software and technology
• Professional, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
