POSITION OVERVIEW
Wine Racks America® is looking for a Dealer Manager to own and grow our national dealer network. This is not a check-in-and-report role — it is a hands-on position where you will be the face of the brand to our dealers, the engine behind their growth, and the person who makes sure every partner knows our product lines inside and out. You will manage existing accounts, bring on new ones, deliver training, and stay in close contact with the dealers doing the work every day.
If you have a track record of growing dealer or distribution networks, genuinely enjoy coaching people on products you believe in, and want a role where your results are visible — this is worth a close look.
ABOUT WINE RACKS AMERICA® & MILLESIME MODERN CELLARS™
Wine Racks America® has been one of North America’s leading sources for wine racks, custom wine cellars, and wine cooling systems for both residential and commercial clients. Our product portfolio spans four distinct lines — InstaCellar™, GrandCellar™, Millesime™ Modern Cellars, and Bar & Beverage — giving our dealers the range to serve almost any client, from someone building out a home wine closet to a hotel designing a showpiece cellar in their lobby.
Millesime Modern Cellars™ sets the standard for luxury custom wine cellar design — residential and commercial alike. Born in Montréal and trusted across 40+ countries, Millesime has built over 8,000 custom displays protecting more than 4 million bottles.
OUR TEAM & CULTURE
At Millesime Modern Cellars and Wine Racks America, you will be part of a sales team that takes real pride in what it does. We work with some of the most discerning clients anywhere — homeowners, restaurateurs, hoteliers, designers — and every project is a chance to create something they will love for decades. The team is tight-knit, customer-obsessed, and genuinely excited about the products they represent. If you care about great design, love seeing a well-executed project come together, and want to work alongside people who hold themselves to a high standard, you will feel right at home here.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer Relationship Management
● Be the primary contact for all authorized dealers — someone they can reach quickly and count on to get things done.
● Stay in regular contact with accounts to maintain momentum, work through challenges, and spot opportunities before they become problems.
● Coordinate directly with the design team on custom wine cellar projects submitted by dealers, keeping the back-and-forth moving so nothing sits.
● Act as the bridge between what a dealer needs and what WRA can deliver.
Dealer Growth & Account Development
● Build a plan to grow revenue within each existing dealer account and execute against it.
● Prospect and bring on new dealers across the country to expand our authorized network.
● Manage the full onboarding process for new dealers, from first conversation to first sale.
● Hold accounts to performance expectations and work with underperforming dealers to get them back on track.
● Make sure every dealer is selling across all four product lines, not just the ones they came in on.
Training & Coaching
● Build and deliver product training for new and existing dealers across all WRA product lines:
◦ InstaCellar™ — modular, ready-to-ship wine rack systems
◦ GrandCellar™ — premium modular wood wine rack and display systems
◦ Millesime™ Modern Cellars — luxury custom wine cellar displays, residential and commercial
◦ Bar & Beverage — wine and beverage storage and display solutions
● Run virtual and in-person training sessions on product features, pricing, design capabilities, and how to close deals with end customers.
● Coach dealers on how to present our products to clients and how to handle common objections.
● Build and maintain training materials, product reference guides, and selling tools dealers can use on their own.
● No dealer should ever lose a sale because they did not know the product. That is on this role to prevent.
In-Person Dealer Visits
● Travel nationally to meet dealers face to face for training, business reviews, and relationship development.
● Represent WRA and Millesime at trade shows, dealer events, and showroom openings.
● Know which accounts need a visit to unlock growth and make it happen.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work with the design team to make sure dealer-submitted projects get timely, accurate follow-up.
● Partner with marketing to keep dealers stocked with current collateral, samples, and promotional materials.
● Bring dealer feedback back to product and operations so the business keeps improving.
● Keep CRM records current — interactions, pipeline, and account performance should always reflect reality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
● 3–5 years in dealer management, channel sales, distributor management, or account management — with a network to show for it.
● A track record of growing accounts and adding new ones, not just maintaining the status quo.
● Comfortable delivering product training to both small groups and one-on-one, in person and virtually.
● Experience managing a multi-line product portfolio and knowing how to communicate value across different buyer types.
● Able to travel nationally on short notice when a dealer visit calls for it.
● Proficiency with CRM software and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
● Organized enough to manage a large book of accounts without things falling through the cracks.
Preferred
● Background in building products, home furnishings, luxury goods, kitchen & bath, or interior design.
● Experience with configure-to-order or custom product categories where design consultation is part of the sale.
● History working with trade professionals — designers, contractors, architects, or hospitality buyers.
● Experience building a structured dealer onboarding and training program from scratch.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 90 days: you know every active dealer by name, you have completed introductory calls with all of them, and you have a clear view of where the growth opportunities and the gaps are.
At 6 months: key accounts have received product training, new dealers are in the pipeline or already onboarded, and you have a consistent communication cadence running across the portfolio.
At 1 year: revenue across the dealer network is measurably up, product line penetration has improved, and dealers are saying WRA is one of the best partners they work with.
WHAT WE OFFER
● $80,000 – $100,000 base salary with performance-based bonus tied to dealer network growth.
● Health, dental, and vision insurance.
● Paid time off and company holidays.
● Travel expense reimbursement.
● A product portfolio that is genuinely best-in-class — easy to be proud of and easy to sell.
● Direct access to leadership and a team that moves quickly when something needs to happen.
● A role with real ownership — the dealer network you build and grow will be yours.
