Role Overview
A prominent family in Los Angeles is seeking a career oriented, highly professional Nanny to provide exceptional care for their children. This role goes beyond standard childcare; we are looking for a dedicated educator and mentor who can seamlessly integrate into a high functioning household and collaborate with a dedicated domestic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and possess a helpful, team centered approach, ensuring the children’s developmental, emotional, and physical needs are met with the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children at all times.
• Implement world class ECE learning models such as Montessori, RIE, or Waldorf to facilitate age appropriate developmental milestones and creative play.
• Manage the children’s daily schedules, including school drop offs, playdates, and extracurricular activities.
• Prepare healthy, organic, and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain organized and tidy children’s areas, including bedrooms, playrooms, and wardrobes.
• Work professionally alongside other household staff while wearing a prescribed daily uniform.
• Supervise the children in and around the home’s swimming pool, maintaining a constant focus on water safety.
• Navigate a large, multi level estate efficiently, including the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Accompany the family on frequent domestic and international trips, providing seamless care and logistics support across different time zones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 7 years of experience as a Nanny for UHNW or high profile families.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Flawless fluency in English and a second language to support a bilingual household environment.
• Educational Expertise: Deep working knowledge of various ECE philosophies (Montessori, RIE, Waldorf, etc.) and the ability to apply them to daily care.
• Travel Experience: Extensive experience with international travel, including passport management, packing, and adapting to luxury travel environments.
• Health & Safety: Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19, tDap, and annual Flu shot) and hold current CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Physical Proficiency: Confident swimmer comfortable in and around a pool; physically capable of climbing multiple flights of stairs daily.
• Professionalism: Willingness to adhere to household standards including wearing a designated uniform and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a valid passport.

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience ($40-$60+ per hour).
