We are seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets related to our community health programmes and project outcomes.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve project effectiveness.
Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to clearly communicate findings to project managers, stakeholders, and partners.
Collaborate with various teams to understand their data requirements and provide ongoing analytical support.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all organisational data, establishing and maintaining robust data quality procedures.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our health and community engagement projects.

Qualifications

Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience working within the non-profit or public health sector is highly desirable but not essential.
