Klapec Trucking is looking for a highly motivated Driver Recruitment & Marketing Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire professional CDL drivers.

This isn't your typical recruiting job.

You'll combine recruiting, AI, marketing, and technology to build a world-class hiring experience. Every day is different—you might be speaking with drivers, training our AI recruiting assistant, creating social media content, reviewing recruiting ads, or improving our hiring systems.

If you're self-motivated, organized, tech-savvy, and love solving problems, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contact new driver applicants quickly by phone, text, and email
• Screen CDL drivers and guide them through the hiring process
• Build relationships with candidates and answer questions
• Maintain our recruiting pipeline in Driver Deploy and Tenstreet
• Train and monitor our AI recruiting assistant
• Create recruiting content for Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Help improve recruiting ads and marketing campaigns
• Track recruiting performance and suggest new ideas to improve results
• Work closely with our operations team to keep trucks seated

Schedule

• Mostly work from home
• Flexible schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Some evening and occasional weekend availability to connect with drivers when they're off the road

Compensation

• Base salary: $20,000–$45,000
• Performance pay: $40,000–$80,000+
• Performance bonuses tied directly to recruiting results
• Ongoing training and professional development
• Opportunity to grow into leadership as our recruiting department expands
