Feeser Insurance is looking to hire an experienced customer service/licensed insurance agents for small, locally-based insurance agency. Insurance license required. The position is for a customer service/sales agent. Customer service is a priority at Feeser Insurance. You must be friendly, and easy to get along with and work well as a team. The candidates must be dependable, organized, ability to multi-task, have well developed written and verbal communication skills, be outgoing and have a professional appearance. Pay plus commission on sales. Monday through Friday 9am-4:30pm. Immediate opening.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients on the phone and in person with their insurance needs-endorsements, claims, payments, follow ups, etc
• Use Agency Management System to enter client information (Hawksoft)
• Be detailed and focused to avoid errors
• Work as a team with co-workers and company employees
• Assist and help in the agency when needed-scanning, mailers, organizing etc
• Cross sell and upsell insurance products and coverages
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain neat and organized work areas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• P & C license and Life and Health license
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive, friendly and professional
• Can work independently and with co workers
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem solve
