We are seeking an energetic and motivated Manager Trainee to join our dynamic team! This position is working directly with customers to solve their issues with custom made products. You will be working in an office environment and traveling to our industrial customers. You will need to be comfortable in both. Duties

• Engage in comprehensive training on sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client communication best practices
• Assist in managing customer accounts
• Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and presenting tailored technology solutions
• Participate in meetings to review sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and strategize for growth
• Develop strong negotiation skills by assisting in deal closing processes and managing client negotiations from start to finish

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest or experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective client engagement and negotiation
• Technical sales experience would be preferred
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to support strategic decision-making
• Willingness to participate actively in training sessions, meetings, and client interactions
