About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced wholesale environment. If you enjoy working with customers and being part of a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become aware of the blank apparel industry.
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Process and respond to emails and incoming calls promptly.
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficient and comfortable learning new software.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (wholesale experience is a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Pay: From $750.00 per week

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
