Position Summary
The Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the growth of LDI Medical through a combination of business development, customer relationship management, lead generation, and marketing coordination. This role serves as a key point of contact for distributors, healthcare providers, tissue banks, organ procurement organizations (OPOs), surgery centers, and prospective customers.
Working closely with the VP of Revenue Generation, this individual helps identify and nurture sales opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, coordinate customer communications, support marketing initiatives, and execute activities that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. This position is fueled by distributor relationships, inbound opportunities, strategic outreach, industry partnerships, and targeted prospecting—not high-volume cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Development
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and requests for information.
- Coordinate product quotations, pricing requests, and customer follow-up activities.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Qualify and nurture leads through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Support management of the sales pipeline and opportunity tracking.
- Coordinate samples, product literature, and supporting sales materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, surgery centers, tissue banks, OPOs, and other healthcare organizations.
- Prepare sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and business development metrics.
- Provide backup support for customer order processing and documentation when business needs require.
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate updates to the company website, social media platforms, and digital marketing content.
- Create, organize, and distribute marketing collateral and sales support materials.
- Support trade show planning, conference participation, customer events, and continuing education programs.
- Manage marketing asset inventories, promotional materials, and literature requests.
- Track marketing campaign performance and lead generation activities.
- Assist with content creation, including newsletters, product announcements, customer success stories, and social media posts.
- Support brand consistency across all customer-facing communications and materials.
- Gather market feedback and competitive insights for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, marketing coordination, business development, customer success, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
- Healthcare, medical device, tissue recovery, or distributor-channel experience is a plus.
Compensation
$50,000–$70,000 base salary

- Long Term Disability Insurance after (30) days of employment. LDI will cover 100% of the premium costs related to our company sponsored LTD insurance policy. Summary plan details will be provided to you.
- Health & Prescription Drug, Vision and Dental Insurance after (30) days of employment. LDI will cover 75% medical insurance expense for individuals and dependents. Vision insurance is 100% employer paid. Dental insurance is paid fully by the employee.
- You will be eligible for LDI’s incentive program beginning in 2026. Typically, bonuses range from 3%-10% of an employee’s annual salary. Bonus amounts are a factor of both company sales and margin.
- 401(k) with company match. You will be eligible to take part in LDI’s 401(k) program after (90) days of employment. LDI provides a Company match as follows: 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions. Summary plan details will be provided to you.
- You will receive two (2) weeks of vacation annually. LDI also pays eligible employees for eleven (11) holiday days per year.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
