Minimalist is hiring remote Sales Development Representatives on a contract or internship basis.

We sell branded glass water bottles to startups, events, and offices. SDRs help us find new customers through outreach, lead generation, and prospecting.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and sponsors
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and online communities
• Track prospects and manage follow-ups
• Book qualified leads for sales calls
• Test and iterate on outreach messaging

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in sales, marketing, startups, or entrepreneurship
• No prior SDR experience required

Compensation: Commission-based / performance-based. This is not a salaried position. Compensation details are shared during the interview process.
