About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, present appropriate solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, and a passion for helping customers while achieving sales goals.

This is an inside sales position that combines customer service, relationship management, lead follow-up, and consultative selling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the products or services that best fit their situation.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information as needed.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer experience.
• Stay current on company products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but industry-specific experience is not required.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and close sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
