Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (L-BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct FBAs and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Conduct standardized assessments
• Write treatment plans for insurance authorizations
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
• Provide training and in-classroom support for school staff
• Supervise implementation of interventions and analyze progress data
• Lead eminent-safety intervention planning and behavior team meetings
• Document assessments, progress, and recommendations for IEPs

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Arizona BCBA license
• 1+ year of school-based ABA experience (required)
• Confidence leading trainings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
