Project Manager – Commercial Glazing & New Construction

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the execution of architectural fenestration and glazing systems from initial contract award through final project closeout.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will hold primary accountability for the success of multiple concurrent projects. This includes the comprehensive management of project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance. You will act as the vital link between our internal operations and external partners to ensure seamless delivery to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Review comprehensive contract documents to establish clear objectives and develop robust execution plans and milestones.
- Financial Stewardship: Track and manage project budgets, change orders, material procurement, and labor costs to maintain targeted profitability.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, Architects, and internal departments, including Estimating, Drafting, and Fabrication.
- Technical Submittals: Oversee the submittal process, ensuring all shop drawings and materials strictly adhere to project specifications and approval timelines.
- Field & Logistics Oversight: Partner with Field Superintendents to manage manpower, logistics, and material deliveries while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and implement strategic solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Professional Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven Project Management experience. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in the commercial glazing trade (curtain wall, storefront, window wall) or extensive experience in new construction.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud), Bluebeam, scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and Google/Microsoft Office Suites.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
