WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide full-service recruiting support and achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers, interviewing candidates, making recommendations and administering relocations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment function.
Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy and source the best talent to fill open positions.
Continuously partner with recruiting teams and managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Stay active with current job boars, social networks and platforms to find talent.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicants to interviews.
Assists with new employee relocation by determining new employees or transferring employees’ requirements.
Assist with the administration of temporary staffing services by working with internal clients and the company’s third-party vendor.
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
Assist with deploying programs to increase talent pipeline for the future and develop relationships with universities and/or associations.
Assist in developing and managing a formal internship and/or college graduate program, including orientations, assignments, coaching, and training support.
Updates job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations.
Manage intake meetings with hiring managers independently and determine candidate needs for open positions.
Perform day-to-day tasks and analyses under general direction.
Schedule and coordinate interviews independently and make final candidate recommendations with hiring manager consensus.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Must be a high school graduate.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Four or more years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably within a recruiting capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
Working knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors a plus.
Results driven.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
Ability to multi-task.

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

Compensation Range: $63,800 - $88,000
Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
Vacation and sick time off
Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)
401(K) company match
Additional 401(K) Employer Enhanced Contribution program – eligible after 1 year of employment, in addition to the regular employer matching contribution
