Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various disciplines, including clinical staff, HR roles, and executive positions. Your expertise in leveraging talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, you will develop innovative recruitment strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals. Your strong communication skills and relationship management abilities will help build a robust talent pipeline and foster long-term partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes utilizing platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to attract and hire qualified candidates efficiently.
• Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, candidate sourcing tools, external recruiting agencies, campus recruitment initiatives, and cold calling.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles ranging from clinical staff to executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate employment contracts, compensation packages, and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as employment law in talent management and HR sourcing standards.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, market trends analysis, and succession planning strategies.
• Lead recruitment teams of recruiters by providing training & development opportunities, overseeing recruitment process management, and ensuring adherence to best practices in full cycle recruiting.

Requirements

• Proven experience with talent acquisition platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or UltiPro.
• Strong knowledge of human resources management principles including employment law, employee relations, contracts, employee evaluation, and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical staff recruitment, executive recruiting, and HR sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Salesforce, Kronos, Paychex, and Lever for effective recruitment process management.
• Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze market trends to identify top talent pools.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively via social media management and cold calling techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and relationship management activities.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition practices across different regions or countries.

Pay: $21.42 - $30.22 per hour
