Senior Digital Consultant (New York, NY)

• Manage technical engineering projects involving the use and delivery of software and data solutions.
• Deliver technical projects and programs of work that involve built environment solutions.
• Manage and mitigate project risk, engaging with client stakeholders to convey progress and risk, solicit input needed for project delivery, and present outputs and deliverables.
• Build and maintain understanding of software and data solutions and identify root cause of technical blockers, guiding the team to solutions.
• Support the preparation of proposals, work plans, and cost estimates as part of the team’s broader business development efforts.
• Review software architecture designs and code, and the management of codebase updates through pull requests.
• Oversee code quality and conformance with product feature roadmap.
• Engage experts across the built environment.
• Work with industry-leading designers, engineers, and consultants to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Communicate complex information and processes simply to empower informed decision making.
• Coordinate with geography and regional leadership to align policies and practices across projects and teams.
• Standardize and streamline team software patterns and reusable software frameworks.
• Document methods and outcomes.
• Represent the services and offerings of the Digital team broadly throughout the firm through presentations.
• Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience.
• Salary Range: $139,850– $174,800/year
