A medical center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a Senior Director, Physician Services to lead and oversee physician practice operations at the senior level. This is a primarily on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at a designated location, with up to 20% travel within the service area. The Senior Director, Physician Services will manage and direct physician practices across the organization, providing strategic oversight of all practice operations. The role involves occasional travel to outreach locations, generally within a 50-mile radius of the primary facility. Partial relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not currently reside in the Las Cruces area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct physician practice operations across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a program in Health Care Management or Business Administration required
• Minimum of ten years of experience managing physician practices required
• Must reside in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area or be willing to relocate within 45 days required
• Ability to travel infrequently within the service area to outreach locations, generally less than 50 miles required
• Ability to relocate in under 30 days preferred
