Looking for an experienced, hands-on and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy commercial laundry and dry-cleaning company.

This full-time senior leadership position is responsible for leading plant production, staffing, quality control, customer service, route coordination, equipment follow-up, safety compliance and overall operational performance. The operation serves hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals, commercial accounts and retail dry cleaning customers, and requires a manager who can balance production deadlines, quality standards, labor efficiency, equipment uptime, safety requirements and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include daily production planning, employee scheduling, hiring and training, time clock review, workflow and productivity management, garment and linen quality control, inventory and supply oversight, chemical and safety procedure compliance, route and delivery coordination, fleet vehicle coordination, customer/account follow-up, equipment and maintenance coordination for industrial washers, dryers, presses and related plant systems, documentation, software updates, and development of operating procedures and team standards.

Ideal candidate has prior experience in commercial laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, facilities, housekeeping, or another high-volume production management environment. Candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Candidate must be able to lead by example, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, hold team members accountable, and maintain a positive, organized, safe and productive work environment.

Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Work schedule may include weekends and holidays.
