Are you ready to build an empire? (And throw an epic party while doing it?)
Let’s be honest: hospitality is a wild ride. We work in the business of creating core memories, which means our days are fast-paced, high stakes, and constantly moving. We are looking for a visionary, logistically minded pro to step in as the Owner’s Right Hand.
We work incredibly hard. You will be on your feet, calling the shots, and engineering seamless events. But we play just as hard. We believe that when the company wins, the team wins, which is why we offer a powerhouse compensation package that includes profit sharing, tips, and bonuses.
Who You Are:
- The Up-and-Comer: You likely come from the wedding execution world. You know how to wrangle vendors, calm nervous brides, and handle timeline shifts on the fly, but you’re hungry to transition those skills into corporate logistics and high-level company operations.
- A Tech-Savvy Organizer: Chaos is your enemy. You live to organize spreadsheets and map out logistics. You know your way around Microsoft Word and Excel, but you are a true wizard in the Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, and Gmail are your second language).
- The Marathon Runner: You have the physical stamina for the industry. You view a 10 hour day on your feet as a badge of honor and thrive on the collective high of a successful event load-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Back-End Champion: Own the corporate client pipeline mid-week. Take incoming inquiries, build detailed proposals, manage menus, and translate them into foolproof operational plans.
- The Floor General: Lead the physical on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of major corporate events, keeping your team motivated and your timelines tight.
- Wedding Weekend Warrior: While our primary Wedding Coordinator owns the majority of wedding logistics, you will step in to lead and execute weddings on high-volume, double-booked weekends.
- Operational Bridge & Trainer: Serve as a core leadership pillar. Direct oversight of onboarding, train, and oversee both corporate and social event departments to ensure flawless service standards across the board.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on wedding execution, high-volume catering, or hospitality management experience.
- Technical Skills: Complete proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hour event days and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work a dynamic hospitality schedule including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Logistics Mindset: Stellar organizational skills with a knack for routing, packing lists, and timeline optimization.
What We Give Back to You:
- $75,000 baseline salary (Paid bi-weekly).
- Health care coverage (50%)
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
- Profit Sharing: Real skin in the game as the company continues to boom.
- Equal share in gratuities as given for events worked.
- A supportive, energetic team environment where your voice contributes to company growth.
