Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, making necessary arrangements
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
-Maintain bid logs and track project costs
-Permit coordination with city and county building departments
-Management of time-tracking software
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
