We Can Move It Logistics is looking for motivated sales professionals who are ready to launch a career in the freight brokerage industry. You don't need previous logistics experience—we'll teach you the business. What we can't teach is the drive to compete, the confidence to build relationships, and the determination to succeed.

If you're comfortable making calls, overcoming objections, and building trust with customers, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Prospect new customers through outbound phone calls and email
• Build relationships with shippers and carriers
• Learn how to quote, negotiate, and move freight across the country
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries while monitoring shipments from start to finish
• Communicate proactively with customers and carriers to provide exceptional service
• Work alongside experienced brokers who will coach and mentor you
• Build and grow your own customer portfolio over time

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, B2B sales, recruiting, insurance, automotive, telecommunications, or similar)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously improve

No freight brokerage experience is required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and sales ability—we'll provide the industry training.
