Location: Bend, Oregon
Work Arrangement: In person | Approximately 50% office / 50% field
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, DOE

As our commercial division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to help lead projects, strengthen customer relationships, and support the continued growth of our business.
Position Summary
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial overhead door and specialty building projects from estimating and contract award through installation and project closeout.
This position combines commercial estimating, project management, field coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys balancing office planning with regular job-site visits and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Manage commercial projects from contract award through project completion.
- Coordinate schedules with customers, general contractors, installers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, profitability, and quality.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct job-site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
Estimating & Preconstruction
- Review plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Complete material takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Participate in commercial bidding and submittal processes.
- Coordinate pricing, product selection, and project scope with customers and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing and project changes when appropriate.
Customer Relationships & Business Development
- Build long-term relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, facility managers, and commercial customers.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout each project.
- Identify opportunities for additional commercial work with existing customers.
- Participate in networking and industry relationship building to support continued growth.
Team Coordination
- Partner closely with field technicians, installers, operations, and leadership.
- Support and mentor less-experienced members of the commercial team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, communication, safety, and excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience preparing estimates, managing submittals, and coordinating change orders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or project-management software.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, loading dock equipment, or related building products.
- Background as a commercial foreman, superintendent, estimator, assistant project manager, or project engineer.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Established relationships within the Central Oregon commercial construction community.

Work Location: In person, with regular travel to commercial job sites throughout Central Oregon.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
