North American Software Associates offers a full featured software for independent insurance agencies across 35 states. We have been around since 1982 and are looking to expand our development team.

We continue to add features to our software package that offers our independent insurance agents the ability to stay ahead of the ever changing technology.

We are looking to add to an already great development team.

• BS in Computer Science, AAS Degree in software development, or equivalent degree/experience
• 2+ years of software development experience preferred but review all candidates including entry level candidates (Salary based on experience)
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server relational database development
• Experience with .NET Framework using C# or VB.NET
• CI/CD
• AI tools (tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)

Basic front end JavaScript experience

• Experience with any JavaScript SPA framework (React, Angular, Vue, ...)
• Knowledgeable in CSS
• Basic experience with Azure platform or another platform

Bonus knowledge/experience in

• Azure App Services and/or other Azure features
• Good understanding of component design and state management in React

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues
• Build smooth UI experiences
• Build service methods in several APIs to retrieve data from database
• Collaborate with Develop and Support teams to answer questions related to bugs/new features
• Build and deploy applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
