Position Overview:

We’re seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney (approximately 5–7 years of experience) to join our expanding litigation group in Austin. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex commercial and construction matters, strong case management skills, deposition and courtroom experience, and the ability to manage an active docket in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop case strategy and manage all stages of case cycle, from pre-litigation through trial.
• Draft pleadings and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Coordinate with experts.
• Present and argue pre-trial motions in Court.
• Work with senior counsel to support established clients.
• Collaborate with team members across practice areas to deliver strategic and efficient solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally gained in a law firm.
• Proven experience in deposition, hearing, and trial settings.
• Legal document drafting expertise.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
