Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that promote efficiency, scalability, and profitability across all departments.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives by establishing best practices, process improvements, and performance metrics to optimize workflows.
• Manage business development efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships.
• Oversee large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage budgets at the executive level, including forecasting, financial analysis, profit and loss management, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft strategic plans that align with company goals and facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Supervise management teams across various functions, providing guidance on operational management, project execution, and leadership development.
• Monitor key operational indicators through detailed analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Facilitate effective verbal communication with executives and stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives and alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Skills

• Extensive experience in operational management with a proven track record of leading large teams at an executive level.
• Strong expertise in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and large-scale organizational change management.
• Demonstrated success in business development management and strategic planning within complex organizations.
• Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, profit & loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with executives and senior leadership teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of data-driven decision making processes to inform operational strategies and improve organizational performance.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of operational analysis techniques to evaluate efficiency metrics and implement impactful solutions.
