CONTRACT DURATION: 26 weeks plus possible extension
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA 94109- hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week
PAY: 45-48hr
SHIFT: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 2–3 weeks between offer to start date

Job Description and Requirements:
seeking candidates with demonstrated experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced, professional environment. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and at least three years of experience supporting senior executives. Ideal candidates will have expertise in complex calendar management, coordinating meetings, managing executive communications with internal and external stakeholders, arranging travel and logistics, preparing or gathering meeting materials, and handling confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are highly preferred.
Job Function Summary:
Involves managing or performing the administrative services or managing the full general operations of an academic or non-academic organization(s). Administrative services include activities in finance and human resources and may also include IT, facilities, or student services. General management activities include long and short-range strategic planning in determining the mission and directing all activities of multidisciplinary departments through subordinate management staff .

Custom Scope:
Uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative professional to assist in managing, planning and administering the operations for priorities of the Vice Chancellor/Associate Vice Chancellor (VC/AVC) unit at the Office of University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR). The Executive Assistant provides administrative and program support, and may function as a project manager for special projects in the VC/AVC unit. This position is a key liaison between the VC/AVC and UDAR units, campus departments, and external constituencies, and provides executive assistance primarily to the AVC, with occasional back-up administrative support to the VC. The role requires executive-level coordination of calendars, internal and external communications, and meeting support. It also involves working with confidential donor information. The incumbent is expected to maintain strict confidentiality and exceptional judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Education:
Bachelors degree in related area (or equivalent work experience) and three or more years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience / training.

· Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract
