Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic alignment.


• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, results-driven environment.


• Enhance project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 8-15 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years in IT project management.


• Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects with budgets over $1M.


• Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster.


• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.


• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
