About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager of Marketing & Events to support marketing campaigns, conferences, and membership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital)
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for sponsored campaigns
• Write and edit marketing copy for various audiences
• Translate complex/clinical content into clear messaging
• Manage social media scheduling and paid campaigns
• Maintain marketing calendar and track performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

Events & Conferences

• Support two annual conferences (one in-person, one virtual)
• Act as liaison with external event management partners
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, and communications
• Assist with sponsorship execution and post-event follow-up
• Support event attendance and exhibit logistics as needed

CRM & Data

• Maintain CRM (HubSpot or similar), including data hygiene and segmentation
• Track campaign and event performance
• Manage lead capture and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience (healthcare and/or events preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
• Experience managing vendors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• Healthcare or life sciences experience
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing
• Familiarity with Slack or similar tools

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 salary (DOE)
• Health insurance, 401(k) with match, pension (eligibility-based)
• PTO + company closures during Thanksgiving week and late December

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
