About the Opportunity
Sanctus Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support one of our global clients through a high-profile SAP Transformation and TSA Exit Program.
This 12-month engagement will lead a critical separation initiative as the organization transitions from its former parent company's IT Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) into an independent SAP landscape supporting global logistics operations.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments, can navigate executive stakeholders with confidence, and has successfully delivered SAP-enabled transformation initiatives.
The client may also consider converting this engagement into a permanent leadership position overseeing Global Logistics IT following project completion.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, governance, execution, and delivery of this strategic transformation.
Project Leadership
- Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the SAP separation program.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple business and technology workstreams.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and delivery roadmap.
- Ensure project execution aligns with agreed timelines, budget, quality expectations, and business objectives.
Governance & Executive Communication
- Establish and facilitate project governance, steering committees, executive status reviews, and decision forums.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, KPIs, RAID logs, and milestone reporting.
- Present project health, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive timely decision-making and executive alignment.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, IT leadership, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams operating across multiple locations and time zones.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, design reviews, and executive meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations while promoting collaboration and accountability.
SAP Transformation & TSA Exit
- Lead the execution of the IT Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) exit strategy.
- Coordinate SAP migration activities supporting the transition into an independent operating environment.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to manage dependencies across logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications.
- Drive readiness activities leading up to Release 2 Go-Live.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decision logs.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while driving resolution across stakeholders.
- Develop contingency and recovery plans when required.
Testing, Cutover & Go-Live
- Coordinate Integrated Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business readiness activities.
- Support cutover planning, execution, and command center activities.
- Ensure operational readiness through deployment planning and hypercare coordination.
- Lead post-go-live stabilization efforts and transition to operational support.
Change Management & Organizational Readiness
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational readiness and user adoption.
- Coordinate communication plans, training activities, and change impacts.
- Promote alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate work across implementation partners, third-party vendors, and internal delivery teams.
- Track deliverables, contractual commitments, milestones, and dependencies.
- Foster collaborative partnerships focused on successful client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Based in the United States.
- 10+ years leading enterprise technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SAP implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading complex enterprise Project Management engagements from initiation through hypercare.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, scheduling, RAID management, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA or ECC transformation experience.
- IT Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) exit experience.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), carve-outs, or corporate separations.
- Global logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
