Dedicated on-site leadership role supporting large-scale data center construction logistics
Position Summary
Full Tilt Warehousing is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the dedicated, on-site leader of a warehouse and logistics operation supporting a large-scale data center construction program. This individual holds overall accountability for the safe, disciplined receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, staging, loading, and transportation of high-value, Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment from the warehouse and laydown yard to designated project sites. The role demands a steward of high-value, long-lead, mission-critical equipment who can maintain service levels and equipment integrity while scaling operations up and down in response to a fluctuating construction schedule across a multi-year engagement.
Reporting & Interfaces

● Directs: warehouse supervisors, material-handling and forklift/heavy-lift operators, inventory and reporting staff, transportation coordinators, and mobilized task-based labor.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution of the work, including:

● Client coordination — serving as the primary point of contact, developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the client's inventory processes, project requirements, and logistics strategy, and providing proactive, professional communication.
● General Contractor coordination — supporting construction-driven delivery timing, sequencing, and site-readiness by executing warehouse staging, loading, transportation, and delivery coordination in accordance with GC direction and look-ahead planning.
● Inbound and outbound logistics — coordinating warehouse receipt timing with inbound carriers and managing outbound staging, loading, transportation, and ship-to-site delivery execution, including response to short-notice delivery requests.
● Inventory management and reporting — overseeing chain-of-custody controls, SKU/asset-level tracking, cycle counting, and timely, accurate inventory and status reporting through the warehouse management system.
● Risk and issue communication — identifying and promptly communicating schedule risks, delivery issues, quality or damage concerns, nonconforming material, and operational constraints to the client and the GC, with recommended mitigations.
● Safety and equipment stewardship — enforcing a strong safety culture and ensuring OFCI equipment and packaging condition are preserved throughout custody, consistent with the highest standard of care.
● Staffing and operational continuity — maintaining appropriate staffing levels, adjusting resources as workload fluctuates, and ensuring qualified personnel and specialized equipment are mobilized within the timeframes required to meet service levels.
● Overall execution of the work — holding accountability for performance against the contract, service-level requirements, and applicable manufacturer, security, and reporting obligations.
