Role Overview
Our team is looking to add a Senior Enterprise Analyst to support and evolve our ERP platform across the organization. This role will serve as the functional lead and key decision maker across D365 Finance and Operations (D365), providing day-to-day system support, driving continuous process optimization, and owning several critical business applications that underpin finance and supply chain operations.
While D365 will be the primary focus, this role will also collaborate with the broader enterprise applications team to support other end-user systems and reporting needs as required.
Role Responsibilities
D365 Support & Ownership
- Provide day-to-day functional support for D365 across Finance and Supply Chain Management modules including: Financial operations (AR/AP/GL/Projects/Fixed Assets), Procurement and sourcing, Warehouse and inventory management, Sales order management, Production orders, Inventory costing
- Define and deliver new D365 functionality to support evolving business requirements
- Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with external vendors
- Manage bi-annual D365 platform updates
- Serve as the functional owner for RF‑Smart, including deployment, optimization, and ongoing support
- Support legacy system migration into D365
- Facilitate user training and documentation
- Oversee user security and licensing
Reporting & Analytics
- Support enterprise end-user reporting tools, including: D365 Management Reporter, Power BI, Excel-based OLAP
- Assist finance and operations teams with ad hoc analysis, reporting improvements, and standardization
Enterprise Applications
- Act as functional owner for EDI systems that leverage D365 data
- Act as functional owner for Power Apps that integrate with D365
- Provide limited functional support for other enterprise applications used across operations and manufacturing
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain system stability and data alignment across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting D365
- Functional expertise across Finance and Supply Chain Management modules
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end operational processes, including procure‑to‑pay, sales order through fulfillment, and financial close
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a functional lead implementing or supporting a warehousing solution
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tool
- Experience with D365 Management Reporter
- Experience working with ERP integrations or downstream reporting data sources
- Experience with Power Apps or similar low code app building tool
- Industry experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Experience supporting multi‑site or global ERP environments
- Experience with the Atlassian product suite or similar IT service management tool
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
