Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sr. Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility. Experience maintaining window manufacturing equipment or similar automated production machinery is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and logic controllers.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality.
• Fabricate parts or components using welding techniques when necessary.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Lead specific projects, providing guidance and support to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in electrical work, including the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.
• Experience with logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Controls and Electro Mechanical Experience is preffered.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
