Your Impact:

• Help RDC/JPA Architecture provide exceptional service to clients in new and existing markets.

• Serve as a primary point of client contact for projects and report project status, staff performance, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Leadership.

• Mentor and effectively manage the workflows of a staff of architects and designers.

• Serve as a valuable resource to staff and clients on complex architectural issues.

• Manage multiple, complex projects effectively while coordinating with staff to ensure document accuracy.

• Work to maximize project profitability and efficiency while ensuring project schedules are maintained.

• Foster client relationships and attend regular projects meetings to manage critical path items and potential issues.

• Participate in office and independent continuing education initiatives.

• Work with Leadership and Marketing to develop and foster new business relationships.

  
  

Your Qualifications:

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture.

• 10+ years of professional work experience in the AEC industry.

• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Professional registration/license is desired but not required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
