This is a hybrid role. You'll continue doing the work you love, seeing clients, building relationships, delivering exceptional hair services. And you'll also step into the role of assistant manager, helping shape the team, the culture, and the day-to-day of this space.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Behind the chair:

- Deliver cuts, color, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client

- Build lasting relationships with a loyal clientele

- Educate and rebook guests in a way that feels natural, not salesy

As assistant manager:

- Support day-to-day salon operations alongside the general manager and ownership

- Onboard, mentor, and develop new team members

- Help maintain scheduling, guest experience standards, and team communication

- Lead by example as the culture-keeper who keeps the team aligned

- Participate in retail strategy and performance conversations

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU...

- Are an established stylist with a loyal clientele and strong technical foundation

- Have formal leadership experience in a salon or spa setting

- Have natural leadership instincts and genuinely enjoy developing others

COMPENSATION

We offer competitive, customizable commission based on your volume and long-term goals, plus retail bonuses and additional compensation for your leadership responsibilities. If you're bringing a book of business, we're ready to talk.
