Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling services, including but not limited to hair cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Educate clients on hair care products and techniques to enhance their experience.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with training as needed (not required)

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and sanitation practices
• Licensed cosmetologist or barber with relevant certifications
• Relavent experience in the beauty industry
• Familiarity with salon software, particularly Meevo (not required)
• Knowledge of retail sales and mentoring in a salon environment
• Skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care (preferred but not required)
