Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to assist in the creation and development of a venture capital fund focused on innovative investment opportunities. Responsibilities

• Support the development of financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities across various sectors, including real estate and technology.
• Assist in conducting quantitative financial analysis using tools such as Excel and specialized financial software to assess valuation, risk, and return profiles.
• Contribute to research efforts on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory environments affecting venture capital investments.
• Help prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports that communicate findings clearly and persuasively.
• Participate in transaction structuring activities by analyzing deal terms, performing due diligence, and supporting negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine investment strategies based on data-driven insights and industry knowledge.
• Maintain organized records of financial data, market research, and transaction documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.

Experience

• Prior experience or coursework related to financial markets or investment management is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in financial model development, valuation modeling, and quantitative analysis using Excel or other financial data analysis tools.
• Exposure to transaction structuring processes within investment banking or asset management environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as risk analysis, portfolio management, and asset valuation.
• Knowledge of financial regulations impacting investment activities and industry standards is advantageous.
• Excellent writing skills for preparing reports, memos, and presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas.
