Under the direction of client’s primary care physician and the case managing nurse, the staff nurse provides intermittent skilled nursing visits. Performs intake visits. Participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to plan and provide holistic care to patients and families. Job works from employee home location making in-person visits in Stevens and Ferry Counties.

Desired Qualifications:

• RN licensed in state of WA required.
• Current State of Washington RN license in good standing.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
