Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Duties

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Administer employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions, to support continuous development.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, mediating conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate benefits administration activities such as health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA compliance to ensure employees receive accurate information and support.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Support strategic planning initiatives including organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing, recruiting techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever.
• Knowledge of HR legal compliance including OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and labor law requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or HR analytics tools for reporting on HR metrics and workforce trends.
• Experience with payroll processing systems like ADP or Paychex and familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently through project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative functions like data entry, contract management, and social media management related to employer branding initiatives.

Pay: $37.67 - $41.20 per hour
