Objective:

The Spirits Market Analyst will serve as a liaison between retail sales managers and representatives, and our retail accounts. They will also provide support for Off Premise Sales as relief sales associate, facilitation of new off premise accounts openings, and execution of Lipman Brothers pricing and execution surveys in Middle TN. In addition, the role oversees specified single barrel programs. It is expected that this role provides best in class customer service and adheres to Lipman Bothers’ mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with A, B, & C Lipman Brothers retail customers throughout Middle Tennessee by providing exceptional customer service and consistent account support
• Serve as the liaison between Retail Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, suppliers, and retail accounts to ensure effective communication, execution, and customer satisfaction
• Provide Off Premise sales route relief by assuming sales responsibilities as needed, including account management, order generation, merchandising, and customer service
• Accompany supplier representatives on market visits, product presentations, tastings, and educational events to drive distribution, sales growth, and brand awareness Facilitate the opening of new Off Premise retail accounts by consulting with account managers, budgeting and creating opening orders, developing store layouts, coordinating merchandising plans, and ensuring successful store launches. Staying up to date on ABC Agenda and calendar
• Coordinate opening deliveries, store sets, and merchandising execution with internal departments and partner distributors
• Organize and schedule account resets, floor resets, and other merchandising initiatives to maximize product visibility and sales performance
• Oversee all designated single barrel and private barrel programs from post-sale execution through fulfillment, coordinating supplier requirements, customer communication, and program logistics
• Provide strategic ownership of the Diageo spirits portfolio by leading supplier execution, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring achievement of distribution, merchandising, pricing, display, and promotional objectives alongside TWS team. Partner with Diageo supplier representatives and Lipman Brothers sales leadership to develop and execute market strategies that maximize brand performance, sales growth, and retail execution across assigned accounts.
• Complete monthly pricing, placement, execution, and competitive market surveys, providing detailed analytics and reporting for internal business planning and supplier reporting
• Monitor, understand, and execute Lipman Brothers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and brand standards to ensure compliance with supplier objectives and company expectations Partner with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to achieve supplier distribution objectives, sales goals, display initiatives, Focus Brands and promotional execution
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activity, supplier initiatives, and regulatory changes affecting the beverage alcohol industry
• Maintain accurate records, timely reporting, and professional communication while performing all responsibilities in accordance with Lipman Brothers' policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of beverage alcohol industry and our customer base
• The ability to learn brand standards, deal levels, distribution and displays
• Competitive spirit and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills; written and oral
• Ability to lift to 42 pounds
• Above average computer skills-Excel, Outlook, and Teams with ability to acquire specific knowledge of Lipman Brothers’ systems
• Good math skills
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance
• No barriers to obtaining an ABC card

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
