ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Staff Tax Accountant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and firm partners on advanced federal and state tax engagements including partnerships, REITs, and complex individual returns. You will gain hands on experience while developing both technical skills and client relationship exposure early in your career.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years experience in Accounting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and related entities
• Perform tax research and assist with planning projects
• Support client engagements and communications alongside senior team members
• Maintain organized and accurate workpapers
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
