Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Expert (Part-Time) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing human capital processes, supporting talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce management and organizational development within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
• Manage employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives
• Support change management projects and assist with organizational design strategies
• Administer benefits programs and handle payroll processing using ADP.
• Administer benifits to our Profit sharing and Pension Plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, and HR legal standards
• Maintain confidential personnel records and handle sensitive information with integrity
• Coordinate and track vacation, PTO and attendance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of human capital management and workforce planning strategies
• Experience with using and implementing HR systems
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel for HR data collection and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for employee relations and conflict management
• Familiarity with employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and regulatory compliance management
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
