Repair Technician

Idaho Fire & Flood Restoration "Your BEST FRIEND when disaster happens" is looking to add to our repair team of experts.

Company vehicle, uniform & tools provided (must bring your own basic hand tools). Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in any field of construction (i.e. carpentry, drywall, painting, texturing, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile).

· Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
· Demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
· Solid communication skills: the ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the job site.
· Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments
· Work well within a team environment.
· Follow proper safety procedures on job sites.
· Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
· Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Competencies

• Knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
• Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
• Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds

Pay depends on your experience

Year round work

Potential for advancement and IICRC certifications.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years experience in remodeling or construction
• Skilled Certifications are a plus but not required
