As a Lead Technical Project Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical authority for complex customer-facing projects, driving engineering excellence from contract inception through final delivery. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and cross-functional leadership to solve intricate technical challenges while ensuring all project milestones align with business objectives.

• Direct the full engineering lifecycle for BOP-scoped projects, ensuring seamless execution from contract signature to completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and operational opportunities.
• Act as the central technical liaison between Proposal Management, Sourcing, Vendors, and Installation teams to maintain project integrity.
• Translate complex customer specifications into actionable design requirements using internal documentation systems.
• Evaluate the financial and schedule impacts of scope changes, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Enforce rigorous quality standards and champion continuous improvement initiatives across all engineering activities.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and facilitate consensus on sensitive project decisions.
