The Role

As a Technical Support professional at Kyndryl, this role provides structured product-oriented support for a Kyndryl client’s embedded, real-time, Linux, cloud-edge, and platform software environments. The role provides Level 1 and/or Level 2 support, including case triage, diagnostics, issue reproduction, technical investigation, root-cause support, workaround assistance, case documentation, and escalation support within customer-defined support systems and communication standards. Key responsibilities include Level 1 case intake, triage, diagnostic information collection, known-solution guidance, next-step communication, case status tracking, and issue reproduction; Level 2 advanced troubleshooting, technical investigation, root-cause support, workaround development, and deeper issue reproduction across software, platform, and integration layers; supporting complex customer environments including lab, integration, platform, and certification-related contexts; documenting solutions, contributing to knowledge resources, mentoring support engineers, and improving processes; escalating defects, product issues, security concerns, or certification/compliance questions through approved channels; and operating within defined role boundaries without making architectural, compliance, or security posture commitments.

Who You Are

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -

$100,080 to $190,080based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $120,120 to $228,000

California (All Other): $110,040 to $209,040

Colorado: $100,080 to $190,080

Massachusetts $100,080 to $209,040

New York City: $120,120 to $228,000

Washington: $110,040 to $209,040

Washington DC: $110,040 to $209,040

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
