The Outcomes Analyst IV is a senior healthcare analytics and consulting role responsible for delivering data-driven insights that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. This position partners with clinical leaders and stakeholders to define business needs, manage complex healthcare data, perform advanced outcomes and performance analyses, and develop impactful reports and visualizations. The role translates analytical findings into actionable recommendations for internal and external clients while driving continuous improvements in data quality, reporting, and analytics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare utilization, clinician performance, and outcomes data to identify trends, variations, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Design and execute advanced analytics studies to evaluate practice patterns, outcomes, and operational performance
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights and business impact
• Conduct validation analyses using claims data to demonstrate value through improved cost, utilization, disability, and return-to-work outcomes
• Present outcomes insights to clients and stakeholders to support partnerships and strategic initiatives
• Mentor team members and promote analytical best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Economics, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics or related analytical experience
• Advanced SQL/T-SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling, including regression, ANOVA, time-series analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing
• Experience translating analytical findings into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Python, or similar tools
• Strong project management, documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities
• Ability to handle confidential information, including HIPAA/PHI, in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
