We're currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to specialize in performing diagnostics and quality control.

We are a local family-owned group of full-service independent automotive repair shops with locations in Anoka, Blaine, New Brighton, Cottage Grove, West Bloomington, Maple Grove and Uptown that excels at taking awesome care of our customers AND EMPLOYEES (extended family)!

• We have high expectations from our team and offer premium pay and benefits for top performers. Our skilled technicians earn up to $60/hour and $65k to $150k+ per year. We can customize your pay plan to suit your needs including flat rate with guarantee, salary, or hybrid.
• We GUARANTTEE your current pay for the first 60 days!
• GREAT BENEFITS including: paid holidays, paid vacations, 401k with company match, company sponsored health insurance, dental plan, paid training, bonus plans, shop lunches, uniforms, FUN work environment with good people, and open communications with management!
• 5 day/45 hour work week is typical. No nights or weekends.
• Flat rate pay plans pay up to 30% OVER book time depending on vehicle age and make!
• 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty with FULL PAY for warranty work.
• Paid diagnostic time.
• We focus on auto repair and maintenance on most makes and models. We’re not a not quick lube or tire shop that hopes to get lucky doing dozens of $15 oil changes to maybe sell some repairs.
• Clean, fully equipped shops with luxury customer waiting areas and state-of-the art equipment and systems.
• High car count, high ARO, full pay for warranty work, and consistently busy. Our sales grow every month.
• Fleet of free loaner cars for customer use to help sell more repair work.
• Low pressure sales environment that focuses on educating customers and building long-term loyalty. We have an established and loyal customer base that want to keep their cars running properly.
• Experienced service advisors that know how to sell repairs and gain customer loyalty. We have work waiting for you and we need it turned!
• Targeted marketing programs that bring existing customers back and new customers coming in. We don’t carpet bomb the zip code with $19.99 oil change offers and hope for the best! We also have fleet accounts that level out the workload.

Our ideal candidates have:

• Great attitude! We’re a can-do operation that says YES to customers!
• Minimum 2 years experience or combination of 2 years education and experience. (If you’re currently an experienced Tire and Lube Tech, General Service, Express, or Light Duty Tech we encourage you to apply as we likely have an opening for you at one of our locations.)
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Motivated, honest, and dependable
• Ability to accurately diagnose and repair cars

· Desire to do full inspections with every vehicle serviced and do oil changes, when needed.

• Evidence of performance through shop management system reports and/or pay stubs
• ASE certifications and other training
• Tools and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license
