Join our compassionate, Fear-Free certified team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR/Receptionist)! You’ll be the first friendly face clients see, ensuring a welcoming and stress-free experience for pets and their families. Responsibilities include scheduling, client communication, processing transactions, and supporting the veterinary team—all while upholding The Dogwood Standard of excellence, empathy, and individualized care. If you love working with people and pets in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!
At Dogwood, we are more than just a veterinary clinic—we are a compassionate, Fear-Free certified team dedicated to setting a new standard in pet care. We believe that Pets Are People Too, and we extend that philosophy to our clients and team members by fostering an environment of trust, respect, and excellence. Every interaction, from phone calls to in-clinic visits, reflects our commitment to making veterinary care approachable, stress-free, and exceptional.Whether it’s a wagging tail at the front desk or a reassuring voice over the phone, every interaction is a chance to create a positive, stress-free experience. If you’re looking for a place where compassion meets top-tier veterinary care (and where talking to animals is totally normal), welcome to Dogwood!
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Receptionist who speaks fluent human and pet (extra points if you can translate meows and tail wags). If you’re the kind of person who can turn a hectic day into a happy one with a smile, a kind word, and maybe a well-timed treat, you’ll fit right in! At Dogwood, we take our work seriously—but not ourselves—because every pet (and their human) deserves a warm welcome and a stress-free visit. If you love people, animals, and being the friendly glue that holds a team together, we’d love to meet you!
