We are looking for a Business Development Partner (BDP) – North America to lead regional expansion, develop market opportunities, and serve as the commercial face of Global BioAg Innovations GBI across the North America (USA and Canada).
Role Overview
As the Business Development Partner – North America, you will lead end-to-end business development for agri-inputs such as fertilizers and biologicals and commercial growth across assigned territories in the United States (and support expansion into Canada where applicable).
This role combines strategic market development, key account management, channel and distribution leadership, customer engagement, and execution excellence. You will work closely with growers, distributors, retailers, agribusiness partners, and internal teams to accelerate adoption, strengthen market position, and deliver revenue growth.
The ideal candidate understands North American agricultural market dynamics and can translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
