MACO Management Co., Inc. is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Regional Operations Director.

Office will be located in Malden, MO, must live within 45 miles of Corporate Office

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a minimum of 25+ employees, as well as hiring, interviewing and training new employees*
• 10 years management experience
• Strong ethical character and moral code
• Proven track record of improving business results
• Expense management skills, budget execution and management
• Strong leadership and people skills, while remaining adaptable and open to recommendations from the Regional teams*
• Marketing Skills preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Regional budgets and ensure profitability throughout all regions
• Mentor, develop and coach all regional managers, while ensuring all goals are achievable and drive the overall success of the company portfolio
• Ability to stay aware of industry compliance, legal and code issues of multiple states in order to ensure company adherence
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
• Increase management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers
• Communicating values, strategies, and objectives
• Assign accountabilities
• Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees
• Maintains quality service by establishing organizational standards
• Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all Regional departments activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives
• Oversees key project and performance reports, data, and analysis
